CANCELLATION POLICY

Any appointment that isn’t cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment date will be charged 50% of that service. Any no call/no shows will result in being charged 100% of your service. There will be a 15 minute grace period before you’re asked to reschedule. In order to reschedule, your fees MUST be paid with a card on file. If your fees are not paid upon the time of your arrival for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be refunded if you reschedule with at a least 24 hour notice. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and for no-shows.
